Camera won't charge

  • Ensure you use 2 AAA NiMH / NiCd rechargeable batteries  (Please do not use Alkalines /zinc-carbon or heavy duty batteries). You can only charge the camera with rechargeable batteries.
  • Use a USB plug or power bank (Output higher than 1.0 A ) for charging.
  • Do not connect to PC/Laptop for charging.
  • Use a different USB cable and test if it can charge properly.
  • The green LED on the side will light up during the charging, and will go off after the charging is complete.
  • There is still capacity fading of the rechargeable batteries, you still need to replace them with the new ones if the batteries are worn out.
