Pre-Order Policy & Information

[ WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? ]

If one of our products is marked as a Pre-Order, it means we don't currently have the item with us, but we can get it here for you. We will have an approximate date listed on the product as to when it is expected to arrive in the store.

[ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? ]

The time frame for your pre-order delivery varies for different products. We specify the timeframe under each product category/page. Please read carefully so you are aware of our pre-order timeframe.

If you've pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart, shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

 

[ CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER? ]

Certainly, you have the option to cancel your pre-order; However, please note that a processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

 

[ EXPRESS SHIPPING ]

If you have opted for express shipping, that means we will be posting your item via Auspost Express Shipping when the stock has arrived in the store. Your order will be shipped by the timeframe listed on that particular product.

*Please note that Express Shipping doesn't prioritise your shipment as our pre-order stock comes in batches.*
