The time frame for your pre-order delivery varies for different products. We specify the timeframe under each product category / page. Please read carefully so you are aware of our pre-order timeframe.
[ EXPRESS SHIPPING ]
If you have opted for express shipping, that means we will be posting your item via Auspost Express Shipping when the stock has arrived in store. Your order will be shipped by the timeframe listed on that particular product.
*Please note that Express Shipping doesn't prioritised your shipment as our pre-order stock comes in batch.*
[ Pre-Order Return Policy ]
All pre-order product cannot be canceled and refunded during pre-order period. However, we have a 7-days return policy, which means customers have 7 days after receiving their pre-order item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For a change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping. Kūu Australia is only responsible to pay return shipping if the product received is defective, damaged or when the buyer receives the wrong item.
