Return Policy

*Orders made from 1/12/2023 to 31/12/2023 will be eligible for a 30-day return period.*

We have a 7-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Kindly be aware that a processing fee equivalent to 3% will be subtracted from the overall order amount, or 3% of the specific product value if you are returning only part of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no physical damage to the packaging, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 10% charge of the original paid amount will apply if the item is used and it’s not in its original condition.

For a change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping. Kūu Australia is only responsible for paying return shipping if the product is defective or damaged or if the buyer receives the wrong item. (Cost may vary from customer's shipping location). Change of mind returns must include all of the items you've received including any complements / free items from us. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kuuau.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are very strict with the return of genuine items so any items not meeting the requirements will be rejected and returned at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)cannot be returned and refunded. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any shipping fee already paid to Kūu Australia is non-refundable.
