Both are of the same size and compatible with all 16MP and 18MP Paper Shoot cameras. The differences between a screw-ring case and a non-screw-ring case are as follows:

Unable to attach Ring Light Accommodates all types of Effect Lenses (magnet & screw lenses).	Ring Light can be attached on it. Only accommodates screw-mount Effect Lenses.
