Function Card - Recording
When this SIM card is inserted into the small slot on the camera, it will not require you to have a power source when recording a video or time-lapse.
Whenever the SIM card is inserted the filters will represent the following:
Filter 1: Colour Photos
Filter 2: Black and White Photos
Filter 3: Time-Lapse recording
Filter 4: Video Recording
** Please note this function card works with the newer 16MP cameras (currently being sold on our website) if you have an older model the card will not work.
To check if you have the new 16MP camera, please remove your SD card from the SD card slot, if it has a paper shoot logo on it - your camera is the newer version. If it does not have the logo printed there, it is an older version **

Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Paper Shoot products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a warranty period of six (6) months after purchase.
- Damaged cases / damage from wear and tear will not be covered
- This warranty is limited to either the free repair or replacement of the defective product during its warranty period.
- Customers must send requests to hello@kuuau.com.au or contact Paper Shoot Official at service@papershoot.com for the warranty process.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when sending the defective product to us or Paper Shoot Taiwan if the product exhibits defects only after being used.
Warranty does not apply when:
- the warranty period is expired
- the product is installed, maintained and operated in ways other than as recommended by Paper Shoot
- the product has been modified or repaired in any way by any unauthorized service centre or personnel
- the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions
- the defect was subject to Force Majeure
For any out of warranty (six months after receipt / receiving your item) repair service, the buyer has to send the defective product to Paper Shoot Taiwan at their own expense.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kuuau.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order Shipment upon Payment Received
We are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. To ensure the smooth processing of your orders, we have established the following payment and shipping policy:
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and more. However, it's important to note that when you choose to pay using PayPal's e-cheque option, there will be a delay in processing your order.
Order Shipment:
- For orders paid through credit/debit cards or PayPal with an instant payment confirmation, we will initiate the shipment process promptly.
- If you opt to pay via PayPal e-cheque, please be aware that your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared in our account.
Payment Clearance Time: The clearance time for PayPal e-cheques can vary depending on your bank and PayPal's processing times. Typically, it may take several business days for the e-cheque payment to clear. Your order will be put on hold during this period, and shipment will be scheduled once the payment is confirmed.
Lost Parcel & Mail
Uncollected/unclaimed Parcel & Mail
Kūu Australia will not provide/bear any shipping cost for all uncollected/unclaimed Parcel and mail at the Post office which is awaiting collection or have been sent back to us, and packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and complete. For re-ship / re-dispatch, the buyer is responsible to pay any shipping cost if parcel has been sent back to our warehouse or if it's require by the courier service.
Pre-Order Shipping
If one of our products is marked as a Pre-Order, it means we don't currently have the item with us, but we can get it here for you. We will have an approximate date listed on the product as to when it is expected to arrive in store.
The time frame for your pre-order delivery varies for different products. We specify the timeframe under each product. Please read carefully so you are aware of our pre-order timeframe.

Return Policy
Return Policy
We have a 7-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items should be returned in their original condition. While you are welcome to test the product, please make sure it is returned without any physical damage to either the product or its packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the item has been used and is not returned in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price will apply.
For a change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping. Kūu Australia is only responsible for paying return shipping if the product is defective or damaged or if the buyer receives the wrong item. (Cost may vary from customer's shipping location). Change of mind returns must include all of the items you've received including any complements / free items from us.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kuuau.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)cannot be returned and refunded. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any shipping fee already paid to Kūu Australia is non-refundable.
