Warranty Policy

Paper Shoot products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a warranty period of six (6) months after purchase. 

  • Damaged cases / damage from wear and tear will not be covered
  • This warranty is limited to either the free repair or replacement of the defective product during its warranty period.
  • Customers must send requests to hello@kuuau.com.au or contact Paper Shoot Official at service@papershoot.com for the warranty process.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when sending the defective product to us or Paper Shoot Taiwan if the product exhibits defects only after being used.

Warranty does not apply when:

  • the warranty period is expired
  • the product is installed, maintained and operated in ways other than as recommended by Paper Shoot
  • the product has been modified or repaired in any way by any unauthorized service centre or personnel
  • the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions
  • the defect was subject to Force Majeure


For any out of warranty (six months after receipt / receiving your item) repair service, the buyer has to send the defective product to Paper Shoot Taiwan at their own expense.
